Bill McNamara Managing Partner (21 years in Hospitality) Bill McNamara started in the hotel business in 1987 and since then, has had ownership and management responsibilities for eleven hotels, four of which have been sold for substantial gain. Mr. McNamara is focused on developing and acquiring hospitality assets and creating value through improved management and marketing, property renovation, and franchise re-affiliation. Prior to his career in the hotel business, Mr. McNamara was a Vice President of Bankers Trust Company and a Corporate Banking Manager for The Royal Bank of Canada. He is a 1979 graduate of the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University. Mr. McNamara is a Director of Beaver Coal Company, Beckley, WV and The Haverford Trust Company, Radnor, PA and is Board Chairman of The Millbrook School, Millbrook, NY. |

Joe Heenan Director of Operations and Real Estate (19 years in Hospitality) Joe Heenan, through his construction company, built the Hampton Inn Cherry Hill/ Voorhees, NJ in 1989 which began his 19 year involvement in the Hospitality business. His company built five other hotels in the Philadelphia area and he has separately owned and operated five hotels, two of which have been sold for substantial gain. Mr. Heenan is expert in the real estate aspect of Hospitality and also specializes in contract negotiation and management efficiency. His participation in the construction industry is of great value to the ongoing renovation and re-positioning of our Hospitality assets. In addition to Haverford Hotel Partners, L.P., Mr. Heenan is the owner and CEO of Paul Restall Company, Inc., a Media, PA based general contractor. |

Jerry Skot Director of Operations and Sales (28 years in Hospitality) Since the beginning of his hotel career in 1982, Jerry Skot has worked for several major chains and independent hotels with a focus on new hotel openings. After joining Haverford Hotel Partners, L.P. in 1991, Mr. Skot has been the General Manager of four hotels in the HHP hotel portfolio. In addition to a solid background in hotel operations, he continues to concentrate his talents, skills and knowledge on hotel sales and marketing. |

Rick Sheibley Director of Operations and Management Development (41 years in Hospitality) Rick Sheibley, CHA, started his hospitality career in 1967. During the past 41 years he has held most of the positions available in the hotel and restaurant industries. including that of General Manger from 1976-2000. He joined Haverford Hotel Partners, L.P. in 2000 and currently serves HHP as a director and hotel operations consultant. In addition to holding a financial interest in two HHP hotels Mr. Sheibley is responsible for the development of management personnel for the company. |

Larry Brown Director of Food and Beverage (23 years in Hospitality) Larry Brown serves as the Director of Food and Beverage for Haverford Hotel Partners, L.P. With twenty-six years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Sales and Catering, and Assistant General Manager at the property level, Larry uses his experience to support and benefit HHP hotels. Larry has the ability to elevate the tableside service and culinary quality at a hotel, to increase revenue, and to identify and create talent within his staff. Along with Larry’s significant experience, his creativity, determination and dedication have made him a success in the hospitality business, and a well known and highly respected professional in his field. |

Terry McLoughlin Director of Human Resources (13 years in Hospitality) After eleven years in the Hospital Industry moving up to the position of Director of Human Resources/Volunteer Division, Theresa McLoughlin joined the Hospitality Industry in 1995. Over the past thirteen years, she has gained extensive administrative experience at the hotel property level as an Executive Assistant and as a Sales Administrator. Since 2002, she has been Director of Human Resources, a position which utilizes her significant talent which is rewarding for Ms. McLoughlin and of great benefit to Haverford Hotel Partners, L.P. |

Carl Brown Director of Control & Accounting (14 years in Hospitality) Carl Brown began his career in hospitality management in 1995. Joining HHP in 1996, he has been a controller at three hotels in the HHP portfolio. Considered a proven leader and accounting professional, he excels in the areas of finance and control. He has assisted in the efforts of new acquisitions and is skilled in the area of team management and task management. Mr. Brown demonstrates his ability by ensuring consistent and efficient accounting and control procedures at our hotels. He is a consummate hospitality professional and asset to HHP. |
